This is all awesome information. I'm 19 and trying to "get my feet wet" any tips on how to build my PBL? How do i find out if my area is suitable for wholesaling? and if it isn't, where is a good place to start? Once i have the property under contract, should i expect my buyers (other investors or PBL)to have a source of funding? So many questions! hope to hear from you soon.

Awesome Videos. Very informative. One question - does Daren do assignments or double close? Also, I signed up on the website. =D

We only give a very small amount, sellers don't care. If they are motivated enough, they don't care. Most don't even know what earnest money is.

Thanks for the video, that was alot of good info. Have a couple questions though. What is the standard earnest money deposit Daren gives the seller? and how does he handle the sellers objections when the earnest money is small, say $1.00-$10.00? Hope to talk w/ ya soon, thanks.
